Lordship Salvation is nothing but works salvation... yet those who believe it and teach it deny that it is works salvation and that it has nothing to do with us. I recall speaking to someone who said, "Salvation is the only gift in the world that will cost you everything." That is nonsense! People confuse being a disciple of the Lord and being saved by the Grace of the Almighty Lord. They confuse the doctrine of His Saviourhood with the doctrine of the Lordship of Christ. If you look up the word repent, Lord, and Master in the Greek Dictionary, that alone refutes the lie of Lordship Salvation. I'm sure that some Lordship Salvationist will come on here and even when the Greek Word "repent" says "a change of one's mind", then they will deny it and try and justify their beliefs. Lordship Salvation ADDS to the Work that was already done for me at Calvary. They think that what Christ did on the cross was not sufficient enough for us so they have to add to it and do it so that it satisfies them. I hate that so much! | | | | | |

Also, I have been taught that the church was first formed when Jesus was with his disciples. Explain Paracletes please.
I am using your materials in a new converts Discipleship Study. All the information you provide is helpful and the ladies keep coming back. These ladies are from a mixture of religious backgrounds so it is my prayer this class will ground them and place a desire in their hearts to serve the Lord. One lady has suffered a serious stroke and claims she has little or no memory. I gave her 2 scriptures to work on for the week. In 2 days she had them memorized. Praise the Lord. | | | | | |
